- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 5 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Prepare the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
