Ingredients

  • Frozen bananas
  • Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen peaches
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Frozen mango
  • Fresh orange
  • Spinach
  • Blue food coloring (optional)
  • Sliced canned beets

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools: blender, popsicle molds, measuring cups.
  2. Prepare each fruit layer by blending the specified ingredients until smooth. Start with the base layer (raspberry and strawberry) and pour into molds.
  3. Rinse the blender and repeat for the orange layer (peaches, orange, mango).
  4. Continue with the yellow layer (pineapple), green layer (spinach), blue layer (pineapple with optional food coloring), purple layer (mixed berries), and finally the pink layer (beets with strawberries or raspberries).
  5. After layering all mixtures into molds, insert sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy your colorful rainbow popsicles!
