  • 2025 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into an 8×8 Pyrex dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding as directed, using half the milk. Fold in half a cup of Cool Whip and spread over the chilled crust. Freeze again for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and raspberries gently. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish as desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
