  • 3 medium eggs
  • 3 medium egg yolks

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Red food coloring
  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp wildflower honey
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 374°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla seeds until pale. Add red food coloring to desired shade.
  3. Sift in flour and cocoa powder; gently fold into the mixture.
  4. Spread batter in the prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes until springy.
  5. Cool completely on parchment paper covered with plastic wrap.
  6. Beat together cream cheese, heavy cream, and honey until fluffy for the filling.
