  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture until just blended.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Form dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Press mini vegan marshmallows on top of each cookie before baking for 10–12 minutes.
