- 2 medium carrots

- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high or oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice sausage into 3/4 inch thick rounds, cut onion into thick slivers, and slice carrots into half-moons.
- Lay out double sheets of foil, spray with non-stick spray, and divide vegetables and sausage among the packets.
