  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh cremini or button mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté chopped mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Let cool slightly.
