- 2 cups crushed sugar cookies
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- โ cup Special Occasion-colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed sugar cookies and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden; cool completely.

- Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven and let sit for an hour with door slightly ajar to cool gradually.
