  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp Tajn seasoning or chili-lime spice

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in grated cheese before removing from heat.
  2. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack in the eggs and cook sunny-side up or over-easy, adding chili oil and everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Assemble by layering the beef mixture at the bottom of your bowl. Top with sliced avocado sprinkled with Tajn seasoning, drizzle sriracha on top, and finish with fried eggs.
