- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
