  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 1/2 ounces shredded gruyere cheese
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces baby spinach (wilted and chopped)
  • 8 ounces jarred artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic, and half of the mozzarella, gruyere, and Parmesan cheeses along with salt and pepper.
