  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, well drained
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 1 & 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 40-45 minutes until nearly set in the center.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
