Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, well drained
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup diced sweet onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
