Instructions

  1. Make the dressing by whisking together apple cider vinegar, honey, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
  2. Prepare glazed pecans by boiling water, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a saucepan. Add pecans to coat them evenly, then bake on a greased baking sheet at 350°F for 12–14 minutes.
