Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook in a rice cooker with 2 cups of water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened.
