Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 250g cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 125ml mayonnaise
- 60ml crème fraîche
- 125g grated parmesan cheese
- 125g grated Havarti cheese
- 125g grated Gruyère cheese
- 125g grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices sourdough bread
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add chicken and mushrooms along with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until golden.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce; continue cooking for another 5 minutes until well-cooked.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, crème fraîche, melted butter, garlic, onion flakes, pepper, and all cheeses. Mix until well blended.
- Toast the sourdough slices under a broiler until golden.
