Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow noodles
- 3 cans of tuna in water
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 3–4 Tbs sugar
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook the elbow noodles according to package directions until al dente, about 15 minutes. Strain and cool under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced red onion, and defrosted peas.
- Add cooled pasta to the mixture and stir gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, seasoning salt, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
