  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 3 cans of tuna in water
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 34 Tbs sugar
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow noodles according to package directions until al dente, about 15 minutes. Strain and cool under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced red onion, and defrosted peas.
  3. Add cooled pasta to the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, seasoning salt, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
