Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 g heavy cream
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 100–150 g sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 250 g fresh raspberries
- Optional: 200 g whipped cream and vanilla cream mix
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the low-fat quark, mascarpone, heavy cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, and vanilla paste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In dessert glasses, layer four crumbled vanilla cookies at the bottom of each glass.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the cookie layer.
- Halve the raspberries and place them on top of the cream mixture; reserve some for decoration.
- Add another layer of cream on top of the raspberries and smooth it out.
- Whip additional heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then pipe onto each dessert layer.
- Garnish with whole raspberries and a full vanilla cookie before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
