  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 9 ounces chocolate chips or chocolate bar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Coarse sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper. Pit and slit each date, then arrange them in a 4×6 pattern on the lined pan.
  2. Spread creamy peanut butter over the dates until fully covered, then sprinkle dry roasted peanuts on top.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring often.
