  • 10 oz Rotel (tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 28 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 14 oz kidney beans (undrained)
  • 14 oz pinto beans (undrained)
  • 14 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Various spices (chili seasoning, salt, black pepper)

Instructions

  1. In a large stock pot, heat cooking oil and brown the ground beef with diced onion, celery, and green pepper for about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Add Rotel, stewed tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, undrained pinto beans, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer, cover the pot, and cook for about 1 hour.
  4. Stir in white vinegar before serving.
