  • Optional: pinch of garlic powder, chili flakes
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and diced
  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of lemon or lime

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or chili flakes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon strips for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
