  • 18.3 oz box of brownie mix
  • Water, eggs, and oil as specified on the brownie mix box
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • Blue food coloring
  • 48 pectin-based gummy candies
  • 48 Teddy grachicken cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the water, eggs, and oil according to the package instructions. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Fill a mini muffin tin about ¾ full with the brownie mixture.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. While warm, gently press down in the center of each brownie cup to form a cup shape.
  6. Allow them to cool completely.
  7. In another bowl, whip softened butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
  8. Add blue food coloring until you reach your desired shade and mix again.
  9. Generously frost each cooled brownie cup with blue buttercream.
  10. Top each one with a gummy candy and place a Teddy grachicken cookie in the center.
