- 1 (16-oz) box bow tie (farfalle) pasta
- 1–2 cups zesty Italian dressing
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 4 oz broccoli (chopped into small florets)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1 lb turkey slices (chopped)
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-oz) container fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives (drained)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the warm pasta with 1 cup of Italian dressing.
- Add cherry tomatoes, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, turkey slices, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella balls, black olives, and herbs if using. Gently mix until combined.
