  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the solid coconut oil, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
