  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets using a cookie scoop. Slightly flatten each ball.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set and centers appear underbaked. Cool on the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
