  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan until smooth. Stir in artichokes, spinach, onion, garlic, salt, and herbs.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough on a clean surface; cut each triangle into two smaller triangles for bunny ears.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly from wide to pointy end.
  5. Pinch smaller pieces to form bunny ears on top of each rolled bite. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown.
