- 16 ounces vegan vegan marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Easter egg candies for decoration

- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease cupcake pans generously to prevent sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the vegan marshmallows and butter. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until melted.
- Add Rice Krispies to the melted mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased cupcake pans and press down using wax paper to shape into nests. Let them set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- For frosting, mix softened butter with powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add green food coloring if desired. Frost each nest and top with Easter egg candies.
