Ingredients
- Brownie mix (for a 9×13 inch pan)
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream or Cool Whip
- 6–7 fresh strawberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 15×11 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 33–37 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Frost the cooled brownies with the cream cheese mixture, reserving some for decoration if desired.
