- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat is fine)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- about 20 Oreo cookies (8 whole, remainder coarsely chopped)
- For the ganache: 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- For frosting: 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 – 8 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, Oreo pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in half of the chopped Oreos and pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the ganache topping, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Cool slightly before drizzling over the cooled cake.
