  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat is fine)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • about 20 Oreo cookies (8 whole, remainder coarsely chopped)
  • For the ganache: 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • For frosting: 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 18 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, Oreo pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the chopped Oreos and pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  4. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  5. For the ganache topping, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Cool slightly before drizzling over the cooled cake.
  6. Prepare frosting by whisking together Oreo pudding mix, cold milk, and thawed whipped topping until smooth. Spread generously over the cake after adding ganache.
