- 2 racks beef spare ribs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup fajita seasoning

- 3–8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
Instructions
- Prepare the rub by mixing brown sugar, fajita seasoning, and Hungarian paprika in a bowl. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the seasoned ribs in a pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor.
