Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
- 2 teaspoons New Mexico red chile powder (or Ancho Chile Powder)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, Tabasco sauce, oregano, red chile powder, and garlic until well blended.
- Place the flank steak in a gallon-sized zip lock bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag while squeezing out excess air and massage to coat the meat thoroughly.

- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F).
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess liquid. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side until reaching desired doneness.
