  • 1 cup mini dill pickles (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cubed cheddar cheese, sliced dill pickles, and chopped red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
